Jan Molino is the President & CEO of Aspire Ascend, a consulting firm providing a comprehensive portfolio of career and board development services to enhance the success of executive women in leadership.   She is known for her customized executive training programs and networking opportunities that have helped women enter the boardroom and expand their careers in the C suite. Jan delivers leadership training, coaching packages, board development, executive sponsorship programs, and public speaking on women in leadership.

Since its founding, Jan has grown Aspire Ascend into an organization that crosses multiple industries and has access to numerous private and public boardrooms as well as the C suite. Her consulting to organizations has resulted in the development of numerous programs to sponsor, encourage and support executive women in leadership roles.   Jan’s strength and expertise in bringing influential women and professionals together is complemented by a powerful network she utilizes to assist women in achieving their goals.

Recognized thought leader on becoming a board member, CEO success, gender diversity, and networking, Jan speaks on issues that impact women as leaders in the C-Suite and the boardroom. She is often featured in numerous broadcast outlets including Forbes, Vinela, Thrive Global, Medium, as well as others.

Jan currently sits on the advisory board of the Aging Life Care Association Advisory Board and is an active member of both the International Women’s Forum and the DC Chapter. She is an emeritus member of the on George Mason University Women in Business Initiative Advisory Board. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, she completed post-graduate work in marketing at Northwestern University.
