Suzanne de Janasz, PhD has been teaching and publishing in leadership, mentoring, and negotiation for over 20 years, most recently as an endowed chair at Seattle University, and prior to that, at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, where she worked almost exclusively with global executives. An award-winning and highly engaging instructor, Suzanne has taught on five continents, is the author of two recently revised textbooks on interpersonal skills and negotiation (6th and 2nd editions, respectively), and publishes her research in top academic and practitioner outlets (including Harvard Business Review), as well as in global newspapers. She is currently on the faculty at GMU, with appointments in both the School of Business and the School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
