John Boylan DRCC President and CEO
|John Boylan is an Air Force veteran with a background in the defense and technology industries. Boylan was formerly a principal with Bridget Partners, a business consultancy based in Centreville, Va. He was previously an Executive Vice President at lobbying firm Cassidy & Associates, specializing in national security and federal marketing. He also worked in business development at Lockheed Martin Corp and was a Vice President of Government Relations with Riverside Research, a nonprofit focused on scientific research in support of the Federal Government. Boylan served in the Air Force for 20 years, working as a Navigator on a KC-135 tanker as well as in Geospacial Intelligence and in Political-Military Affairs. He and his wife, Ellen, have called Centreville home since 1993.|
Mr. W. Thomas Miller III
|W. Thomas Miller III, CPA, CFE, MST, is a tax principal with Thompson Greenspon, a CPA firm located in Fairfax. Tom’s experience has been extremely beneficial in analyzing and advising clients on complex business and individual tax matters. He has developed an area of specialization in the nonprofit sector, where he works closely with organizations to assist them in performing within the 501(c) guidelines. Tom also has expertise in IRS representation and negotiation and Forensic Accounting. Tom currently serves as Treasurer of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.|
|Valerie Kaiser is a graduate of The College of William and Mary with a B.B.A Degree in Business Management with a minor in Mathematics. She is actively involved in the community through her work for several organizations and memberships including the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce Committee Chair for the Power of Thirty®, a select group of women CEOs and leaders, and Women in Financial Services (WIFS) where she mentors other women advisors. Valerie and her husband Bruce reside in Sterling, Virginia where they enjoy being with their large family of five children, a daughter-in-law, son-in-law and five grandchildren.|

|Pat Williams, MAT,CSA, Certified Senior Advisor, founder of award-winning GraceFul Care, is the area leader in senior and dementia care. She earned her MAT degree at Northwestern University. Pat was Chairman of the Board of this Chamber in 2005-6 and is now Vice President for Social Responsibility. A member of the Herndon Rotary, she served as Rotary Assistant Governor and on the boards of Insight Memory Care Center and Leadership Fairfax. Her awards include Rotary Club’s Citizen of the Year and Leadership Fairfax’s Community Trustee Award.|

|Mary Gayle Holden is an attorney whose clients include many area leaders. She helped start DRCC’s executive women’s group Power of Thirty before becoming Chairman of the Board in July. Her many past roles include President of the Committee for Dulles, Commissioner on the Loudoun Economic Development Commission, and an appointee on the Advisory Committee to the General Assembly on Emerging Technology for the Joint Commission on Technology and Science.|

|Dave Cordingle is a long-time community banker with an extensive history of chamber and community involvement. Currently, he a Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender with MainStreet Bank. His community involvement has included the Boards of Directors of Fairfax and National Capital Area’s YMCA, Alternative House, Celebrate Fairfax, Friday Night Live (Herndon) and Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.
Dave is the Chairman of the Advocacy Committee of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce.

|Doug Downer is the President of HRI Associates, an independent insurance company based in Herndon since 1952. Doug is a past chairman of the chamber, a graduate of Leadership Fairfax and served on the board of Volunteer Fairfax. Doug is the founder and chairman of Friday Night Live!, begun in 1995, a summer music concert series that takes place on the lawn of Herndon’s Town Green.|
