    Eileen Curtis has served as President of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce since 1994.  In that role, she has grown it into a large chamber that involves itself with workforce and STEM, diversity and  21st century issues.  She is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute of Organization Management and of Leadership Fairfax.  She has been recognized as Woman of the Year by the Herndon Business & Professional Women and as Chamber Executive of the Year by the Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.

    Fran Rucker
    Director of Business Development

    Fran Rucker was a member of the Chamber before accepting the Director of Business Development position with the Dulles Chamber. She has 20 years of experience in International sales, marketing and business development in a wide range of products and services. Fran lived in the United Kingdom for 12 years working for both U.S. firms and international firms with a wide geographical reach in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. She enjoys working with all sizes of businesses in every industry to help grow and thrive. But while Fran still enjoys traveling, she says there is no place like home in Northern Virginia. She is proud to be part of a Chamber that is so diverse, warm and welcoming. In her spare time Fran enjoys horseback riding, skeet shooting, and her large Labradane rescue dog.
    Amy S. Donovan
    Director of Data and Information Management

    Amy S. Donovan first came to the chamber in 2008 as a volunteer before transitioning to become our coveted Director of Data Communications. In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of our member database, manages invoicing, and maintains our website. In 2014, she spearheaded the design and development of our new website. Amy meets the rigorous demands of database and technology management with skill and expertise, always ensuring quality results.

    Amy loves to collect art, and stays busy as a wife, mom, and grand-mom. She telecommutes from Ellicott City, Maryland.

    Wesley Clark
    Director of Finance

     Wesley Clark joined the Chamber as a member in 2016 and wanted to serve so he came on as the Director of Finance in 2017. He has worked for over fifteen years providing accounting services to nonprofit organizations and small business throughout the United States. Wes is a graduate of James Madison University, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Wes spends his free time with his wife and daughter in Herndon, VA. Wes is passionate about supporting local craft beer, local theatre, and running. He also currently serves as the President of the Loudoun Education Foundation.
    Sharon Reed Marketing & Communications Manager

    Sharon Reed joined the Chamber as Marketing & Communications Manager after working as a reporter for a local news website covering business, government and other news within the Dulles region. Sharon has a background in journalism, strategic social media marketing, and public relations. She enjoys event planning and business networking. Sharon is the author of a business book about career planning. She has a BA and MA from American University in Washington, D.C. Her hobbies include listening to music and photography.
    Nahom Woldesenbet
    Events Administrator

    Nahom Woldesenbet is a recent graduate of Northern Virginia Community College with Associate degree in Business Administration. Nahom started serving the chamber back in 2015 as an intern, later he received a promotion to assist with event planning and currently, he is working as the Event Administrator for the Dulles Chamber. Nahom will continue his education this fall in George Mason University concentrating in their Accounting and Business program.

    Angie Carrera
    Member Relations Manager

    Angie Carrera joined the Chamber as a part-time employee in March 2016, after her retirement from Fairfax County Government.  In her role as member relations manager, she routinely communicates with members about their benefits and supports committee activities for a number of committees, including the Health and Wellness Committee, the Business and Community Impact Committee and the Hispanic Business Council.  She also assists staff with special mixers and events, such as the annual Hispanic Business Reception. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Fairfax (LFI) Class of 2006.


    Laura Price
    Friday Night Live! Coordinator

    Laura Price is our driving force behind Friday Night Live!, our summer concert series on Herndon’s Town Green, managing sponsorships and many of the event’s operations. She also helps with the chamber’s Accounts Receivable. Laura is a super-volunteer, having served as President of Business and Professional Women at the local and state levels. She was named Lady Fairfax from the Dranesville District in 2006, recipient of Citizen of the Year from Herndon’s Rotary Club in 2011 and the Town of Herndon distinguished Volunteer Award in 2003.
