    Committee Mission: The Workforce and Education Committee of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce is where business, education and community stakeholders connect to help prepare students to thrive in the workforce now and in the future.
    1. Financial Literacy in the Schools
    2. Ethics programs
    3. Beta-testing a new FCPS portal matching classroom needs with business expertise
    4. Annual ceremony honoring Educators of the Year from our partner schools
    5. Generating STEM scholarships for recipients from our partner schools
    6. Partnering with SySTEMic Solutions to identify, mentor and monitor students K-12+ to become engaged with STEM subjects through activities and camps at the lower level, then intensifying into course work. This in turn provides a pathway to matriculate at Northern Virginia Community College and to then transfer to George Mason University.
    7. SySTEMic Solutions partners are local public school systems, NOVA and George Mason University and our business community. This is an innovate program with committed leadership at the highest levels that is anticipated to revolutionize STEM pathways for students to follow.
    8. Education and business community collaborative internship and job matching tool (anticipated rollout Oct. 2016)
