Handle day-to-day management of existing client relationships with primary duties of insurance plan administration. The Account Manager will build long-term relationships with existing clients, respond to client questions effectively, manage plan changes, maintain client portal with plan documents, distribute plan renewals and get plans ready to quote for Sales Team. Candidates must be able to handle sensitive information, prioritize meeting deadlines, have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, love to wear hoodies and have a good sense of humor. PT or FT Candidates considered, Previous Insurance, HR or Benefits Administration experience not required. Hourly rate is $23/hr to $30/hr based upon experience.
