HOTWORX is 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to help flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories! Our studios offer 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Here’s what we are looking for in a General Manager:

  • Someone who loves people and loves having fun while meeting the goals of their position
  • Someone who is health conscious with a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best and can evangelize the Hotworx brand, while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses
  • Someone who is Social Medial savvy and can leverage common social medial apps for advertising, brand promotion and lead generation
  • Someone who is ready for the next step in their career by leading a small team of Sales Associates with reasonable boundaries and a generous amount of autonomy
  • Someone who has analytical skills for assessing and being involved in decisions regarding various marketing efforts and expenditures, guest and member traffic and closing rates
  • Someone who believes in themselves and can help our members learn to gain the same confidence through our 3-D approach to training
  • Someone who is willing to do the “hard stuff” – cold calling, sales calls on businesses and get outside their comfort zone, be creative on B2B activities and lead generation
  • While we are looking for a go-getter who is eager to take initiative and get the job done, we also provide substantial support tools, resources, paid training and mentoring and on-going support to make you successful

Compensation includes base salary plus personal commissions in addition to bonuses based on the performance of the studio & sales staff as a whole.   • Always strive for only 5-star online ratings from Yelp, Facebook, Google and other listing sites. 5 stars happen when the studio maintains a culture of supreme customer service and hospitality. Turn negative reviews into 5 stars by contacting the customer and going above and beyond to solve their grievances
  • Coach and train sales staff while achieving personal sales goals; lead by example along with interviewing, hiring, and firing of staff
  • Meet daily to report on sales trends and prospecting efforts to the owner regularly
  • Network in the community, online, and business to business to promote HOTWORX
  • Manage staff schedule, processing payroll information, and staying on top of all studio general maintenance requirements.
  • Use social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community, and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily.
  • Use online platforms and software for customer relations management (CRM) process, POS systems for membership sales, billing and collections, as well as, for email and texting campaigns. Training will be provided.
  • Perform and supervise various tasks to maintain the facility, equipment, cleanliness, safety and a successful sales staff.

Job Type: Full-time- 40 hours per week

Salary: $34,000.00 base pay to $54,000.00 per year with commissions and bonuses

Experience:

  • Small team supervisory experience, 2-5 Year (Preferred}
  • Fitness studio management 1 year (Preferred)
  • Membership sales/Retail: 1 year (Required)
  • Demonstratable Social Media knowledge: (Required)
  • License: National Trainer (Preferred)

Education:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent of combined experience (Preferred)
