Mark Ingrao is a passionate servant leader known for his ability to execute organizational plans with precision. His extensive background in partnership building, fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and organizational management make him a strategic executive well-suited for the role.

In his previous role as CEO of the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors (PHCC), Mark coordinated a strategic planning session that charted the course for the organization's next five years. At the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), he successfully led the organization through challenging times, updating its operational structure and making it more adaptable during the COVID years. Prior to NVBIA, Mark was the CEO of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce (GRCC), where he oversaw remarkable growth, transforming it from the 13th to the fifth largest chamber in the DMV over a decade.

Mark Ingrao's commitment to community engagement is evident through his various leadership roles on prominent boards, including Chairman of the Reston Hospital Board of Directors. He has also served as Treasurer on the Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce's Executive Board of Directors, Secretary and Vice-Rector on the University of Mary Washington's Board of Visitors, Chairman of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors, and Chairman of Leadership Arlington's Board of Regents.

Currently, Mark Ingrao is an active member of the Kitchen of Purpose Board, where he successfully led the CEO search process. He has previously served on several community boards, including the Fairfax County Economic Advisory Board, Public Art Reston Board of Directors, John Marshall Bank's Advisory Board, Fairfax County Affordable Dwelling Unit Advisory Board, Community Residence, Inc. Board of Directors, and Virginia Public Access Project Board of Directors.

Mark Ingrao's visionary leadership style, consensus-building skills, and collaborative approach will undoubtedly guide the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce to new heights. His inclusive, strategic, positive, and innovative management style will serve the Chamber and the community exceptionally well.
